What you get

The right to play this game in your browser. The writing, the art, the sound and the code belong to us and may not be copied, distributed or sold beyond your own use. Publishing your play — video, stream, screenshots — is fine.

Your account

Opening an account needs a working e-mail address. Keeping your password safe is yours to do, and what happens on your account is your responsibility. It is not built for sharing between people.

Misuse — attempting to break the system, reaching another person's account, generating load with automated tools — may end in the account being closed.

Access and payment

The first file is free. The others open with an access code or a subscription. When a subscription lapses you return to the free tier: your save and your record are not touched, the closed files simply close again.

Payment is not yet in operation. When it is, refund terms will be added here.

Your saves

Your progress is kept in your browser and in your account, and we do our best, but no save can be guaranteed against loss. Clearing browser data clears the local one.

Warranty and liability

The game is provided as it is. No promise is made that it will run without interruption or fault. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.

Changes

These terms may change. Anything material will be told to everybody with an account.

Governing law

The law of the Republic of Türkiye applies.
